EPF offices: branch addresses, SST opening hours and how to find the nearest office

The Employees Provident Fund (EPF) publishes an official list of the locations and operating hours of the Self-Service Terminals (SST) at its offices, updated on 15 Oct 2026. This guide explains how to find the nearest EPF office, the SST opening hours at several branches and other channels if you would rather not visit an office.

How to find the nearest EPF office

1. EPF office search: on the EPF Contact Us page, choose "Semak Lokasi" (Check location) under Pejabat Berdekatan Anda (Your nearest office). The search can be filtered by state and service.
2. SST list: the official "Lokasi & Waktu Operasi SST" (SST Locations and Operating Hours) list shows the address, SST hours and services at each location.
3. Headquarters: Menara KWSP, No. 1, Persiaran Kwasa Utama, Kwasa Damansara, Seksyen U4, 40150 Shah Alam, Selangor.

According to the same list, the SST at these 16 locations open every day from 8.00am to 8.00pm, except on public holidays and during scheduled maintenance:

What you can do at an SST

Services vary by location. At EPF Kepong, for example, citizen members can do the following at the SST:

• registration as a new member, and for i-Akaun, Simpanan Shariah, i-Saraan and i-Sayang;
• registering and updating a mobile number for TAC;
• contribution statement checks, and contribution statements by email;
• i-Simpan payments by debit card, and transfers between sub-accounts;
• applications for the Age 50 Withdrawal (full) and the Age 55 or 60 Withdrawal (i-Emas, partial and combined);
• CIJ verification for e-Withdrawal and e-Nomination;
• updating your work address, phone number and email.

Channels that do not need an office visit

• WhatsApp KWSPMalaysia (03-8922 6000): a guided menu and AI replies 24 hours a day. Live chat with an officer runs Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 4.30pm, except weekends and national or Selangor public holidays.
• Send an enquiry: a form on the EPF website, with a reply by email within 3 working days.
• KWSP i-Akaun app: for account checks and withdrawals such as the Flexible Account.

EPF also offers free retirement and financial advice at its offices through its Relationship and Advisory Services (RA).

Beware of fake accounts

According to EPF, the WhatsApp KWSPMalaysia account is its official account. Do not deal with other numbers claiming to be EPF, and do not give your password or i-Akaun TAC to anyone.
