November 2026 civil servant salary on 25 Nov: how to check your payslip on e-Penyata Gaji

The November 2026 salary for federal civil servants is paid on Wednesday, 25 Nov 2026. The date is set in Accountant General's Circular Letter (SPANM) No. 5 of 2025 and shown on the Payment of Salary page of the Accountant General's Department (JANM).

Year-end 2026 salary dates

The November salary arrives 34 days after the October salary, so plan your early November spending with what is left of October's pay. The December salary then arrives 26 days after November's.

These dates are for federal civil servants. According to the circular, the rules are also extended to state public services, statutory bodies and local authorities, subject to acceptance by each authority.

How to check your payslip on e-Penyata Gaji

Monthly payslips, annual income statements and monthly salary reports for federal civil servants are shown in JANM's e-Penyata Gaji dan Laporan system (ePayslip).

1. Open epenyatagaji-laporan.anm.gov.my. Type the address into your browser yourself.
2. Log in with MyDigital ID, or with your identity card or passport number and password.
3. New users choose "Daftar Pengguna Baru" (register new user) on the login page, and users who have forgotten their password choose "Lupa Kata Laluan".

From 1 Jan 2027: ePayslip Mobile with MyDigital ID only

JANM announced on 18 Sep 2026 that from 1 Jan 2027, the ePayslip Mobile app can be opened only with MyDigital ID. The ePayslip Web site can still be opened with MyDigital ID or your existing password.

If you use the phone app, register and activate MyDigital ID before 1 Jan 2027 through the official portal digital-id.my.

If your salary is late or held

• Bank account with a loan: SPANM No. 5/2025 asks officers to contact their bank if a salary payment is held in an account that has financing from that bank.
• Wrong personal details or account number: tell your department's salary unit. The circular asks departments to check and correct errors such as personal details, bank account numbers and EPF or tax reference numbers.
• Daily-paid workers: emoluments are paid no later than the seventh working day of the following month.

Beware of fake apps and links

On 22 Jul 2026, JANM advised users not to download the app from APKPure, APKCombo, Aptoide or other third-party sources. According to JANM, unofficial apps risk containing malware. Use the app from official platforms only.
